METHOD:
1. Fill a "porró" ( special wine bottle) with muscatel.
2. Put in the the middle of the plate.
3. Put the nuts on the plate
4. And,enjoy a typical Catalan dessert

RECIPE 1
OMELETTE, TRUITA, TORTILLA
Level: Easy
Time: 10 min.
INGEDIENTS.
·4eggs
·Salt
·Oil
METHOD.
1. Heat the pan with oil.
2. Stir the eggs in a dish.
3. Take a pinch of salt.
4. Let the mixture to the hot pan.
5. When one side of the omelette is cooked, turn to cook the other side.
7. The omelette is done.
8. Serve it with bread with tomato.
